Pamela L. Grutman advises artists, collectors, founders, philanthropists, and cultural organizations on the legal and governance structures that shape legacy.
Her practice combines trusts and estates law, nonprofit and foundation counsel, philanthropic planning, and institutional advisory work for clients operating within the arts and cultural sectors. She works with private clients and organizations on estate and succession planning, charitable structures, governance, residency and fellowship programs, fiduciary matters, and the stewardship of cultural and creative assets.
Pamela’s practice is particularly focused on the long-term sustainability of artistic and philanthropic institutions and the preservation of intergenerational cultural legacy.

Jane H. Lee
Jane earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Columbia University. She also holds a Certified Estate Planner Certificate from the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. Before joining the firm, Jane was an associate in the Direct Lending Structured Finance Group at Milbank LLP and served as Associate Counsel at Phillips Auctioneers LLC. Jane is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
