Pamela advises clients on strategies for the care of artistic and philanthropic legacies, with a focus on income and estate tax consequences. She works with living artists and collectors to form nonprofit organizations as part of ongoing estate planning processes, including filing the necessary tax-exempt paperwork with the Internal Revenue Services and appropriate state agencies and advising executors and boards of directors on changes in corporate structure, board composition, and governance issues. She works with individuals to create essential planning documents tailored to each client’s objective. 

 

Pamela graduated with a LL.M. from NYU School of Law, a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and an A.B. from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, she completed an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management at Georgetown University and a fellowship at a Washington, D.C.-area nonprofit. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
